Likes: There's a mind blowing array of choices for evening wear -- satins, charmeuse, organza, tulle, satin-backed crepe, embroidered sheers, sheet lace, etc. etc. If you are looking for saris and other Indian clothing, this place is certainly closer than Vancouver, B.C. I also like that I can shop to my heart's content without being bothered by pesky salespeople.\r

Dislikes: Almost everything is synthetic, polyester and nylon predominantly. For costumes and other one time events, that's fine. They don't have much in the daywear department, some knits and quilt cottons, a few bottomweights, but no suitings, coatings, etc. \r

Yes, the service can be a bit standoffish. Given these prices, I don't care if I don't receive ""service with a smile"". They are courteous enough without being obsequious.
