WHAT A GEM! 12/27/2011

This is one of the only home decor fabric stores left! And it has an ever-changing inventory, which is great when I'm bringing a customer into the store. I'm a designer and I simply don't have time to drag people all over to put together a room or two. Drapery and upholstery fabrics are in stock and the owner, Daniel, has a library of vendor books to refer to if there is something else needed. The trim library just expanded and I see new silks are in stock. I almost ALWAYS walk out with a great fabric or two. Pros: null Cons: null more

A nice assortment of fabric 11/24/2009

I went there today and got what I needed which was a nice white micro fleece. The customer service is probably one of the worse I have ever encountered. Not only did we not even get a hello or Good afternoon but we were never asked if we needed help. When telling them what we wanted, they curtly said to bring the roll up front. Not one smirk of a smile even. Not sure if the one older woman was an owner or just a worker but they should not be in the retail business if they do not know how to interact properly with customers. I personally think I would rather give my business to people that appreciate it. Pros: various fabrics and odds and ends Cons: Terrible customer service more
