This is the only supplier of decent rye bread north of 86th Street. Please do not EVER stop baking the NY Seedless Rye. It is very rare to find a decent German style rye (corn) bread even in NY these days. There is still one bakery on LI, Shaller and Webers, and you folks.
Slice it thin, lightly toasted, with a smear of butter and you are in heaven. OMG... so good.
