Good: Greeted immediately (by name, since I've been there often), seated as soon as a place was available. All staff very friendly, from the store manager to the newest server, who was introduced to me right away. I love sitting by children, and the servers know this, so accommodate when they can. Servers are all friendly and fun, willing to take a minute to chat when they can. Competent staff, quality food, and if there IS a goof always willing to make it "right". It's the staff that brings me back - good group!. Bad: Customers who go to Friendly's for the price, then expect the ambience, service and selection of "The Ritz", who complain about everything from slow service on a very busy night, to the noise others' children are making while having a good time eating out with their family. Imagine! Having fun at Friendly's! I feel really bad for servers and managers who must continue to be pleasant to customers who are rude and boorish, and expect the world to revovlve around their satisfaction.. Improvements: A bigger restaurant. The wait can sometimes be long because it is so in demand, and it just isn't big enough. And, a separate room for meetings, conferences, etc would be great!.
