FLOWERS BY CHAZZ

I just got RIPPED OFF by CHAZ and his WIFE. I get a Christmas Centerpiece for my Mothers table every year for the past 35 years.I walked in yesterday after seeing his $10.00 coupon off a Christmas centerpiece in the local paper. I enter the florist and there was only 1 centerpiece for on display. I asked to see pictures of centerpieces. She said ""Tell me what you would like"". I said i like the piece on display but it only has one side .... I need one for a rectangular table. The one on display was beautiful. It had roses red and white dipped in glitter a ceramic angle.....In a beautiful sleigh...She asked me when i would like to pick it up. I said after 1 o'clock. She asked me what i wanted to spend. I said about $55.00. She asked if i could leave a deposit or if I wanted to pay for it now. I told her i had a $10.00 coupon also. She said ""OH i didn't know about these"". She took the $10.00 off my total. I payed for it in full......I picked it up a few hours ago. It was a bunch of red and white carnations and a cheesy 1 inch Santa stuck in it. NOT ONE ROSE.....I proceeded to go on the Flowers By Chaz Website to see what arrangement he made for me....on his home page you can see a Christmas Wishes Centerpiece for $55.00....with beautiful red and white roses. With this i called to ask why this happened....Mr Chaz was ALL ATTITUDE.... more

I just bought 2 dozens roses for Valentines Day and they are wonderful! Each Rose is tight and well cared for. My mother and girlfriend loved them. A day before the holiday, the place was running like Grand Central Station, but Chazz and his staff were very kind and accommodating. I haven't bought flowers in a few years, I have been burned by online delivery places and local florist that gouged me. I love flowers by Chazz and will use it often in the future. more
