The Best Bay Area College for Design...F.I.D.M. 7/2/2012

As an industry professional, I have seen what F.I.D.M. grads are capable of doing. Graduates of F.I.D.M. are well prepared for the industry and they really seem to stick together and help each other out.I have also visited the campus in San Francisco. The Library at F.I.D.M. SF is the best design library in the Bay Area. The events and seminars I have attended at the college are definitely relevant to the industry. The alumni I have spoken to from F.I.D.M. say that everyone was extremely helpful. In my opinion this is the best college to study design in the SF Bay Area. more

The institute provides associate, and bachelor s degrees in science and art to students. Its curriculum includes studies in digital media, graphic designing, merchandise marketing, apparel manufacturing, management, visual communications, and beauty industry merchandising and marketing. The institute provides various advanced study programs in footwear designing, and international manufacturing and product development. It provides scholarships and financial aid to its students. The institute s library offers books, periodicals, trade publications and visual presentation materials. It is approved by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of School and Colleges. Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise is located in San Francisco.
