Avoid the service department or it will cost you! Tony Q. is a shark! Tire repairs cost over $2000 and took over two weeks. I sent the car back twice, the second time I tried to drive it off the lot...the steering wheel was turned at a 90 degree angle and the tires squealed with every slight turn. I barely drove around the corner before turning around and dropping the keys back off. I originally dropped the car off because I heard a rumble and that is what I got for 2 grand? After contacting the manager of the sales department and the manager of the service department the car was finally fixed at no extra charge and runs like new. Lady's avoid this place, fella's beware, if the car runs like hell after the repairs, leave it at the shop! more

Chevrolet at Davis no respect for customer 11/16/2010

I rate it 0. I bought a car from here a year ago and all it gave me is headache, stress and dull of money problem. Since I bought the car here 2 weeks later, the engine light was on and I went back for them to check it and they said it would be fine. 2 months after I bought it, the car got broken for some reason and they didn't do nothing about it. After 4 months I heard this noise from the car and the engine light was one again and I took back at Chevrolet and they told me I still can use it and it would be fine. After 8 months having this car, The noise I heard before and the engine light that's been always in every 2 or 3 months lead to a bug generator problem. I paid so much for a problem that I've been telling them to check into. After 3 months of that, this engine light is on again. Chevrolet in Davis is no good. The last guy I tAlked to there talk to me and my mom like he owned the company. I will never ever come back to your Chevrolet branch. I am very upset and disappointed in more

I give this dealership 10 stars! In sales, Tony Rodriguez, Jr. is a thoroughly courteous professional, very well mannered and very professional, and a pleasure to speak with. I've been buying cars\r for myself, my kids, and for friends for 30+ years and I've spoken with many duds, but Tony is a real winner and I give him 10 stars.\r ------------------------\r Yesterday was the third time I've been to F H Dailey Chevrolet in San Leandro, CA for my beautiful red 2007 Chevy Cobalt 2LT coupe with red wheels, with which I am VERY happy. The car is great to drive and very well designed and constructed. With automatic I get 38 -41 MPG highway with Valero gas, partly because I took the trouble to break it in for 1200 miles instead of the recommended 500.\r ---------------------------\r The Service Manager Fred Schermer is great too.
