F & F We went in for front tires - our van was diagnosed with Idler arms needing to be replaced. We ok'd the work and were told the alignment was included. When driving it, we still had a serious vibration. We took it back and were told it needed rear tires that the vibration was from a bad tire. So we purchased 2 more tires. The reason we had all this work done was because we were driving 800 miles that day. We left for our trip and faught the van all the way to MD. When we arrived in MD, we had to take it to a shop and they stated that the alignment had never been done. They lined it up and of course we had to pay for that too. The rear tires still cause a vibration and we were told the van did not rear tires, it needed rear shocks. So now we are going through the expense of having shocks put on which should have been done in the first place instead of new tires. When I called and complained, they told me oh well. You got tires and we did the alignment. you got what you
