Seriously, I have a lot of patience for the service industry, having worked in so many service positions, but I actually got to the point of yelling on the phone with this place and was fuming for days. They attempted to deliver a package, it needed a signature, they left the door tag on my door. That was fine. I left my signature as instructed on the tag. 2 days later, the tag still sitting there, I called and asked why they weren't delivering the package. One guy said maybe the delivery person couldn't get into the front door of the building, and assured me they would come the next day. They didn't. I called again and talked to an incredibly rude woman saying they didn't deliver it because they already had attempted 3 times, and whoever told me they were coming was wrong. I pointed out that my tag listed only the 1 attempt. She said all the other tags probably blew away. All of them. After a ridiculous argument with her being completely rude and short with me even while I was trying to be polite (that ended after so long), she finally agreed to have them come the next day, after scolding me and saying ""she better not see it back at the station"". Well, lucky me, the guy did come- he didn't ring the bell or knock for the manager literally 10 feet away, but at least this time I was left a note. Now I have to borrow a car and track down the package myself, after a horrendous ordeal. NO OTHER shipping company has EVER had trouble at my building. And no other company has been as rude and disrespectful to me. If you can avoid it, use UPS or even the postal service. These guys are not only incapable of completing their one and only job, taking a box from one place to another, but they will treat you like dirt through the whole process.
