Can you imagine going to a Kinko's and not being able to print anything? What's the use?! This is a 24-hour Kinko's in the so-called ""upscale"" condo/restaurant row area of Vegas, off Flamingo. There's a Starbucks attached - the only thing good about this place. I was here late on a Saturday evening, 7/21/07, trying to get my student loan papers copied and sent. What a nightmare! The only black/white printer was broken; the color printer stayed on ""warming up;"" and no one seemed to know OR CARE that people just stood there waiting for it to print. The staff just said, ""Sometimes it takes that long."" After 15 minutes (literally), I gave up and left. It was pointless to wait around for a refund, because people were lined up waiting for help. The staff here is so unprofessional and moronic and really do not seem to care, with the exception of an Asian young lady, who at least tried. One staff member carried on a loud and off color argument wtih a sleazoid Vegas type for everyone to hear. It was a charged environment and felt like Kinko's in the Hood -- low quality everything. I stopped in here to have some pictures blown up. I also wanted duplicate copies of others. It was very busy, and I thought I would be here forever. I placed my order with Justin a supervisor there at night. He had everything ready for me the next day just as I asked. I would definitly go back again. The customer service was great. more

I went here to get some documents copy and get passport photos taken. The place was very busy but I didn't have to wait at all. Nick was the guy who helped me. He greeted me with a welcome and asked me how he can assist me?. He was very professional and very helpful. It took me less than ten minutes in-and-out of the store to get everything done. The price for 2 passport photos was ten dollars and I thought that was reasonable price. Overall my experienced was great and I would considering going back to this Kinkos again in the future. more

I have recently visited Kinko's, and was deighted to see all the services that they offer now. They have so many innovative ideas for old photos.The staff was fast and friendly and I have no complaints.Also, they have high speed internet (T-1 connection) and plenty of available self service computers with color and black and white printers. Another convenience, it was connected to a Starbucks wich was fabulous! more
