I've tried this store many times, in order to give them a new chance. Each time the employees seem clueless as to where completed printed work is being kept behind the counter. If I where you I'd go to a different Kinkos for a print job and only go to this one if you have, have to. Just so you know they do get stuff printed and it's very good it's just annoying and frustrating standing there not knowing if the employees know where or what your work is. Pros: at least get your work printed Cons: organization more
