I was in a pickle. My printer was down and I had a bundled .tiff file filled with word docs that I had to get printed out for a new job. I went to Walgreen's - no go. An unknown...

Excellent Customer Service! 4/18/2011

I was in a pickle. My printer was down and I had a bundled .tiff file filled with word docs that I had to get printed out for a new job. I went to Walgreen's - no go. An unknown print shop that just opened up down the street - not open on Sat's except by appointment only. Office Depot - no go as their computer can't read a .tiff image file. I'm at my wits end because I had to have the documents printed, filled out and scanned to send back to the company asap. Finally, I went to Fedex Kinko's and explained my problem to Shabbir B. who, at first, couldn't open the file either. Then we figured out that when you right click, you could open the file with a Windows Image View and viola! There were all 10 documents that I needed! He printed 2 copies of the bundle and saved my bacon!!!! Great guy - great place - very fast customer service! GH - grumpyhair dot wordpress dot com more
