Framingham FedEx Hires Nazis! 4/8/2011

I have been using FedEx for years without a single problem (as a matter of fact, I could honestly say I loved FedEx), until I visited this FedEx in Framingham (on Cochituate Road). There is an employee there who reminds me of a Nazi. It didn't happen just once or twice, but every time I go inside this FedEx, I am accosted by him. He continually made rude remarks about my ""inability"" to ship properly, the size of my shipment, or the paperwork involved. After a particularly brutal episode, I finally complained to the Assistant Manager and the Store Manager about this employee. Did it take care of the problem? I don't know--I told the managers that I would never come back and give them my business due to this employee, and I haven't. So good luck to any who dare!!! more

I don't normally write reviews for chains as they are all different, but this was just too horrendous. This staff has to be the rudest, most neglagent staff I have ever come into contact with. Kinkos is notorious for bad customer service, as they expect their customers to know how to change printer trays, crop photos and pretty much ""part the seas"" with out assistance. I remember waiting in line watching the customer ahead of me get malled to pieces by the counter person. He was holding a poster of table assignments for a wedding the following day. He desperately needed this poster cropped and framed before the wedding. The counter person would not give him an estimated time of completion, she just continued yelling, ""next customer in line, next customer in line."" The wedding would be ruined if the guests had no clue where to sit. Cons: employees, employees, employees more
