Excellent Customer Service 7/27/2010

I ordered a chicken strip platter from the Fatz in Lexington, SC for a party I was having. When I picked up my platter, I thought I had received less than what I paid for, so I spoke to the manager, Jeff. Without hesitation he doubled my order at no charge! The way he handled the situation was so professional and refreshing! I will definitely use them again and recommend them in the future! more

Poor Service 10/22/2007

HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER 30 MINUTES ON A SALAD. FINALLY WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE HAVING TO CUT THE LETTUCE(MY SALAD WAS SPINACH). WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE I WAITED SO LONG TO PAY THE BILL I FINALLY GOT UP AND CARRIED IT TO THE FRONT DESK. THE FOOD WAS GOOD BUT NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. more
