Exceeded My Expectations 6/2/2010

I needed several signs for a corporate visit / open house and only had a 5 day window. No one at our company knew how to get started. We wanted photos and some text on each. I emailed the photos with a word file and they knew what to do - even made suggestions on how to make them stand out. Got an estimate same day, next day got a proof online (that was great) and two days after my signs were ready. Whole process was simple & they made me feel confident I would get a quality prodect. When I picked them up I was blown away with how sharp the signs looked. The corp guys were quite impressed too. Will definately use them again. I liked also that they were locally owned...felt like the service was very personal...and, all my work was done at the store location. Pros: Helpful, professional results; Quick turnaround Cons: Wished they were open till 5:30 more

Great Service, Great Products 1/27/2010

I have used this company several times for various projects. Some were banners for trade shows, some were safety signs for our plant and even some parking lot signs. Their service is great (excellent follow up for a sign company). On one occassion the owner came to our plant on a sales call to go over a large project and see what I needed. The outcome on all the signs I've had made is of high quality. They come up with suggestions and solutions and keep my budget in mind. Their turn around time is amazing and has saved me so many times. They make me look good at my job! I would highly recommend the folks at Fastsigns. I can count on them to come through! Pros: Knowledgeable, great turnaround, offers a lot of solutions Cons: None I can think of more
