ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They ""glued"" there tracks on my new sign face upside down and so far apart that the letters fall out. I waited over a week for them to research and ""find a solvent for the glue"". When they didn't call or respond to my email; I called them back. The ""glue"" was not glue but a solvent that was permanent. I would hope they already new this, but then again they installed the tracks upside down and spaced incorrectly TWICE. Yes, on TWO, NEW Sign Faces. There resolution was for me to buy two new sign faces and pay for there material and they would reinstall the material at no charge (if I brought them the sign faces). The signage did not even look like the proof. The owner (Tony Martin) had full knowledge and would not help. I called corporate and spoke to Brandon Presaira who seemed concerned, he offered to talk with Tony and call me back by Thursday if I would wait before posting negative reviews. I waited and waited and called and left messages. It has been two weeks and not even a returned call. I must add; I spoke with another fast signs owner who offered his services at a discount who was familiar with the reputation of Tony at the Marietta location. Although I do not feel that all Fast Signs are so poorly managed, you better do your research because corporate is no help. I recommend Signs & More in Cartersville, they were great!
