I've been a customer for almost 20 years - well before the current owners. I expected to go elsewhere when the previous owner retired. Not so. The high standards remain in place, maybe even higher. The creativity, selection, speed, commitment to the customer's needs and desires, and the personal attention combine to make this shop superior. By the way, a few months when I wanted some framing ""on the cheap"" I decided to try one of the art stores. More expensive, longer wait time, and lousy customer service. Fast Frame won hands down. I won't go anywhere else. Pros: Creativity, prep speed, selection, price and personal attention Cons: None. Believe me, none. more

This is a great local place for all your framing needs. Great help to design the perfect picture framing for my print. They showed me ideas that I had no idea of. more

Nice people 7/11/2007

I have always been happy with the work that has been done By Alfredo at FastFrame. He is very honest, easy to work with and does great quality work. I have had many frames done by FastFrame and they all were done on time to my satisfaction. They also have a great eye, a lots of patience and professionalism. Pros: Best frame shop in Atlanta Cons: out of my way more

This has got to be one of the best framing shops in Atlanta. The selection of framing and workmanship is outstanding. I needed a custom frame for a very special photo. A good friend of my recommended Fast Frame. We brought our pictures in, and we were instantly impressed by the classy atmosphere and extensive selection. We were further amazed by the friendly and creative staff, who suggested several different layouts for our photos, all of which were unique and elegant at the same time. I could have ever imagined that I would be so happy with the final product. And when I called around and asked for similar estimates, I was floored by the staggering costs that other framers were charging for similar projects. Fast Frame did a great job all around! Highly recommended! more

Wonderful FrameShop! They were able to advise me on the best possible frame for antique print. They offer custom framing that is hard to find anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable about what they do, have a wide selection of choices and the customer service can't be beat. Their customers and satisfaction are their number one priority. You must stop in and see them. Pros: Great customer service, fast turnaround and competive prices. more

This frame shop provides excellent service and value for your $. They provide personal attention and offer many sugestions to enhance your artwork. Additionally the prices are extremely fair in comparison to other frame shops I have visited. more

Best framer intown 8/16/2006

One of the best, great selection of custom framing with very professional, knowledgable, and helpful people. Fastest turnaround in town, and the job is always completed when promised. They also have a 30 day design guarantee, if you do not like the way it turns out they will redo the complete order with another frame, mat or glass of your choice. One of my favorite things is this great software that they use that let you see, on a big flatscreen monitor, how your art will look when it is done. It's amazing! Pros: Fast turnaround and good prices more

Five stars all the way! 8/7/2006

They made framing easy and best of all not expensive, they didn't try to up-sell us more frame or matting than we needed. The frame was ready in 2 days as promised and it was well wrapped for protection. I would gladly recomend to our friends. more
