F45 also uses high-intensity interval training to help you efficiently burn calories and exercise body in a short period of time. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays focus on cardiovascular fitness while Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays focus on strength. Saturdays is a 60-minute workout that is a blend of cardio and strength.
