I had the same bad experience as the others. Do not use this company. They still owe us money from some plants that died within their guarantee period. We tried for a year and a half to get restitution from them and finally gave up. more

This company either doesn't know what they are doing; or they do not care to provide work and results promised. Their customer service is terrible. more

I tried F & W and was overcharged, recieved poor service and my lawn looked awful! This is a bad company! Cons: Poor service more

BAD COMPANY - POOR RESULTS AND DOES NOT ADMIT WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKES 10/16/2007

I used F & W for one year and my grass became worse each time they applied fertilizer. They also created three 30 foot burn marks in my grass and then denied it was their fault. The owner of this company does not admit fault and a strongly recommend NOT using F & W ! Pros: Quick receptionist who seems concerned Cons: Poor results, created damage, and does not admit to mistakes more
