Great Doctors 3/25/2006

F. Read Hopkins Pediatrics office has an outstanding staff of physicians. My family has been with this pediatrics group for over 18 years. Each and every one of the doctors is caring and concerned for their patients. The staff nurses are excellent and can answer many questions on the telephone. There is a large parking lot and a waiting room that is separated with two sides. One side is for sick children and the other side is for well children getting routine checkups etc. They even offer late evening and weekend hours for sick children that need to be seen. more

Great doctors! 11/11/2005

My kids have been patients here since they were born. Every doctor that we have seen has been extremely through and takes the time to talk and find the best diagnosis and treatment plan. They have very friendly and nice nurses and staff. Plenty of great parking as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new pediatrician. more

  • Dr. Skyler grew up in Dallas, Texas. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Carolina. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He joined our practice in 1999 and has been recognized with several awards for “Best Bedside Manner.” Dr. McCurley is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He competes in Ironman triathlons, runs ultra-marathons, and likes to spend time cooking and reading. He has four children who, he says, have taught him more about pediatrics than any book or hospital.
