Wow, Best Buy told me my computer was 4/18/2012

Wow, Best Buy told me my computer was junk and just buy a new one. These guys saved me. They fixed my pc for less than half what a new one cost. I did loose anything! All my email and pictures, so glad I found Nick and the other guy. more

Rude and unprofessional 11/13/2008

Did not fix computer & over charged for repairs. He NEVER returns calls, & was very rude when you could reach him. Lies about reapair time and what was done. Fixes parts that were fine to overcharge you on. Lost about $800.00 by taking my computer to F 1 systems. Way over priced on replacement units too. In a nutshell---- I Would not recommend to ANYONE unless you like throwing your money away . Cons: Everything from poor customer service, over priced and poor hours of opperation more
