RUDE RUDE RUDE. I wrote a negative review about my customer experience a year ago (as did four other people) mysteriously and magically all our negative reviews were erased. Did Eyes and Optics pay for a service to erase our honest critiques? Ray was very rude. He treated me as a second class citizen because I was not wearing a channel suit; I just came from the gym and I guess he felt I would not have enough money to afford glasses. False. Secondly, he made a rude comment about my child. Even another customer over-heard him and complained aloud about his poor customer service. Just awful. I walked right out. I and my money were better served elsewhere--Optical Shop of Aspen. more

Excellent professional eye care, the optical is amazing 4/3/2012

Dr. Botwin has been my eye doctor for many years. His professionalism and thorough exams have kept me a loyal patient. I recently saw his son Dr. Jonathan Botwin and was equally impressed with his clinical skills and was pleased with the eye health education I received during my visit. If any of you have ever seen their optical department you know they have the best of the best. the optical staff were very friendly and helpful. A beautiful office and a friendly professional staff will keep my family loyal patients. more

Best I've seen in years!! 11/15/2010

I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Jonathan Botwin after a friend had recommended I go see the senior Dr. Botwin. the experience from beginning to end was like no other eye doctor I'd ever been to. more
