Second, they told me that they needed a day and a half to finish the job, but they ended up finishing everything in just one day! Michael came to the store and gave us an estimate that we could not pass up. Mitech Technology's crew came in early morning and were done in a few hours! They were very professional and explained each step of the process to ensure everything met our expectations. They trained my entire staff on how to use all the features in the IP cameras and the NVR. They put all the software on my I phone and tablet. If you need surveillance cameras -- Michael is your guy! He did great work, selected the perfect cameras for our property, ran the cables perfectly, was honest, and did the work for the exact price he quoted and on time. We contacted Mitech Technology when we were renovating our 6200sq ft. home. They had to come back many times in order to stay ahead of the construction. Michael , the CEO of the company, contacted me very quickly. I described the urgency of our job and he met with me within 1 day, outlined the options, and got my system installed in 2 days. He is passionate about his business and its reputation, and I liked that. David, the installer was excellent and spent several hours working through the fairly tricky install (for our home) and was very patient teaching us how to use our system. We required a second visit to install a cell antenna and Chris was on-time and finished that install successfully as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. more

THIS COMPANY SOLICITED MY BUSINESS TO SET UP OUR CAMERAS SYSTEM WITH THEM. AFTER SOME RESEARCH AND PRICE SEARCHING WE DECIDED TO HAVE OUR SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLED BY THEM.. WE SPENT CLOSE TO $3,000. THEY SPENT ABOUT 7 HRS INSTALLING THE CAMERAS AND CONNECTING THE SYSTEM. HARDLY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE COMPLICATED SYSTEM TO US. INSTALLED WAS A SYSTEM WHICH WAS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AND WE ARE ABLE TO SEE OUR BUSINESS FROM ANY COMPUTER. THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON WE OPTED FOR THIS SYSTEM, SO WE COULD SEE OUR BUSINESS FROM HOME OR FROM ANY COMPUTER IN THE WORLD. BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE, A FEW DAYS LATER AFTER THE INTSALATION WITH MITECH TECHNOLOGY WE CALLED TO SEE WHY IT WAS NOT WORKING. THEY SENT THEIR TECHNICIAN OVER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. AFTER THEY CAME THE OWNER, MICHAEL SAID WE HAD TO PAY THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM, HE WAS SO RUDE AND I TRULY CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY COULD EVEN WANT TO CHARGE US AFTER ONLY A FEW DAYS AFTER INSTALATION. THEY DO NOT BACK UP THERE SERVICES, SUPPORT, OR SYSTEMS. I WANTED TO USE THEM FOR MY SECOND LOCATION, BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ME TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS ON THERE PART AND THEY LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER AS WELL AS OTHERS THAT I COULD HAVE RECOMMENDED. more
