Went here once for an eye exam. It was a Saturday and they were PACKED. I had to wait about 2 hours and kept getting shuffled around from person to person and at one point was told to just go look at glasses frames (even though I was not getting frames) until they were ready to take me back again. I got a pair of contacts to try out for a week, which really bothered my eyes, BTW, and when I called to make a follow up appt I was told they couldn't see me on a Saturday again and the (very RUDE) girl asked ""Can't you come in today?!?!"" Ummm... No, I can't. I work the same hours which you are open, which is why I specifically asked for a Saturday appointment. I explained I was having some serious issues with my vision and experiencing migraines and dizziness and the response was ""well, too bad, guess you will either come in today or wait a over a week."" So I called another place and I will be going THIS Saturday. Will NOT be going back due to lack of patient service. more

Be Aware!! 9/9/2011

I only can give one star; If I could I would give 0. I went there to let just a simple job do. Replacing the nose pads on my glasses. Somehow this very unprofessional stupid cow scratched my glasses and it went up in a $400 bill for replacing. I don more

Best in the Area 8/19/2010

There are several vision services places in the area. I've been to them all at one time or another and this one is by far the best. Dr. Schmidt doesn't rush your eye exam like Doctor's ValuVision across the street (I was in and out of my exam in NINE minutes, and guess what? could see out of my brand new glasses) Dr. Schmidt and his staff are helpful, friendly and patiently answer all your questions. I have never had a problem with my glasses (some other places, the lens keep falling out). They always fit well and look good, too! Price wise, they may be a little higher that the buy-one-get one free places, but, you get what you pay for and their prices are reasonable. The only con is that they are always busy. more

Even when it's busy, it's not very long before we get service. Their customer service is the best! The staff is helpful and friendly. They are the best! Thanks. Pros: nice selection of glasses more
