I went in on a Friday to get a price for a pair of frames I liked. The lady said the frames would be $375 plus a mandatory eye exam and the price of lenses. I explained I didn't need a prescription as my eye sight is 20/20. She replied, ""how do I know that?!"". So I said fine; $375 plus a $50 eye exam. I'll do it. I came in the following day to purchase only the lady I spoke with previously was not their. The new lady told me she priced them wrong and that those particular frames are $450. She further went on to tell me that the eye exam would cost me more if I didn't need a prescription and that plain no prescription lenses would be another $100. Suffice it to say, I left disgusted and annoyed. They are liars and cheats! Rude and obnoxious! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from that store ever. You'll never get an honest price.\r

There is another store owned by Eye-Deal Optical, only a few stores down which put me through the same ordeal. All my dealings with Eye Optical staff left me drained. Their seedy tactics are totally unnecessary. All I wanted was a pair of glasses.\r

On the plus side, I found the frames I wanted at Costco for $189 and got non-prescription lenses without an eye exam for an extra $50. \r

Pros: They have nice frames
Cons: They price the glasses off the top of their head, adding extra fees and charges at every turn
