Poor Customer Service/lack of interest in patients 2/23/2008

I found Dr. Flavius Pernoud uncaring and disinterested in his patients, and more interested in making a sales pitch. Additionally, I experienced an unreasonable waiting time (>1 hour after eyes were dilated), and recieved no explanation or apology for the delay. Pros: Office Staff Cons: Lack of interest in patients/More interested in making a sales pitch more
