I received my perscription from Eye Care Associates and was quite pleased with the time they took to evaluate my needs. I made the mistake of taking my percription to buy frames at Lens Crafters. They gave me the wrong temple length, I unknowingly (novice glasses wearer) agreed that they were tight enough and left. I went to get them tightened at ECA, and they explained that the temple was way too long and whoever fitted me at Lens Crafters didn't take the time to fit me correctly. I called to order a smaller pair, and they told me they couldn't (discontinued) and were very rude on the phone. Does anyone know where to get frames that aren't too pricey (ECA is high dollar) frames?
