-They have terrible repair service. It takes them forever to schedule an appointment and repair, if they come out at all. -When you move out, they will take more than half of your deposit for cleaning. -The inspector is very rude and deceitful. -We moved out early and cancelled the electric and water, but when they restarted service for the time the apt was vacant, they charged us for the utility bill. -They require ""professional"" cleaning, but we receive an invoice from probably one of their buddies. -They charged us twice for cleaning the carpet, once for the steam cleaning company and one for the ""professional"" vacuuming more

Remax Premier Properties McPherson Church Rd. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! We rented a home from them, thought it was nice, needed a few things done to the home and was promised that the repairers would get done. NOT TRUE! The ""inspector"" comes out with you to take pictures of what the home looks like before you move in. ( I thought that was nice because I was thinking GOOD, I know that I will leave this house in much better shape that I found in in right???...WRONG!!)) As she is taking pictures during the first walk through she gets a phone call from a frantic and scared girl asking to get some help because the home that she was renting was getting broke into and that she also had small children and that her husband was deployed...The ""inspector"" tells her that there is NOTHING that the company can do about that and that she chose the home she rented and it was her fault!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY AT THAT MOMENT. Before I moved in I noticed that the back doors need to be fixed and I was promised that they would be fixed by the end of the week.....ONE MONTH later they were still working on it. I have two small children and my husband was in Afghanistan. I lived for a month with the back french door NOT connected to the home!!!! I called and called for them to come out and fix this and all I got was the run around!!! Isabella NEVER answered the phone nor did she return phone calls! She is a very hard lady to get intouch with, I have called before and the girl who picked up the phone said ""yep she is right here hang on..I could hear Isabella in the background say ""tell her im in a meeting""... The home needed to be cleaned and they said that they would send a cleaning crew out to clean and NEVER did . The air went out in 90 degree heat..this took over two weeks for this to be fixed! I can go on and on about this company and all of the lies that have been told and broken promises. We only lived in this home for 6 months, I repainted the inside of the home because the walls were 3 different shades of off white and left $100.00 worth of paint there, spent $200.00 for a cleaning crew to come and clean the home to there expectations AND now I am getting hassled that the house was not clean enough...OH and by the way,,, they have it listed as being in EXCELLENT condition on the website, they put up pictures of all of MY hard work I have put into that house!! This place is nothing but a money pit and SCAM you for your money!!! If you are in your right mind you will STAY AWAY from this place and all of the unhappy people that work there!!! Good luck if you do decide to rent from this company! more

Worst renting experience ever! This company does anything to cut corners and not make needed repairs. The only thing they care about is filling houses and collecting money. And good luck getting any deposit money back even when you do everything they require. Property management department and owner rude and unprofessional. more

Horrible experience! Would never advise anyone to work through this company. Broke lease due to military, and she was horrible. Told us we were going to have to pay for 6 months of rent. Had to pay out of pocket for repairs, they said they would handle. She was rude and never truthful. BEWARE if renting from her. Other remax's in the area are wonderful. Pros: able to get deposit back Cons: Everything to do with Isabella more
