i've been training with Dominic at Extreme Training for two years. Bottom line: i have lost 45 pounds and, after starting with a 42"" waist, I am now wearing 36"" waist pants. To say that Dominic/Extreme Training has saved my life is probably an overstatement. But to say the experience has extended and improved the quality of my life is very true. I now work out at least 6 days per week, my diet is adjusted to maintain my busy lifestyle, and my metabolism is increased to the point that i truly eat what i want, drink what i want, and maintain my ideal weight and body fat percentage. Extreme Training is not for everyone. You have to commit, work hard, learn to live a life committed to exercise and well-being. Dom will work you to a point where you learn what it takes to maintain your ideal health and weight. I will be at Extreme Training at 7 am tomorrow morning and every morning thereafter. it is now who i am. i could not have become as committed as i am without Dom's guidance and motivation. i couldn't recommend it more highly. But come prepared to work!
