Thanks to you and your very cheerful and "up" tow man, I was on my way to my appointment very quickly and safely. I am newly wodowed and am new at having to ask for help. but this was more than good. Thank you. He did not make me feel like I was a problem or like I was not knowledgeable about my car,(And I am not, for sure.) Thank you. D. Mangnall Sorry that this is so late. My insurer contracts with Extreme Towing - the service was EXCELLENT 5/18/2010

I had a flat tire, called my insurance company who forwarded to Extreme Towing. I called my insurance at 235pm and at 255 I received a call that the technician/Matt Hoard was outside waiting - the entire transaction, initial call thru to the changing of the tire was done by 315pm - WOW! Matt was friendly, very pleasant and professional. This is not the first time I've had to call, Extreme Towing has come to the rescue before and they do a superb job! more

Moving a non-op truck 5/8/2010

We needed to move a 68 Chevy C10 that doesn't run and had a flat tire moved from our street to a side yard with about a foot to spare between the fence and the house and up a steep gravel driveway. Matt did an awesome job, very impressive. He arrived when he said he would. more

my truck broke down called them said they will be there in 15min, and they were 2/21/2010

i was driving my truck and it decided to start acting up and then i could not drive it anymore. so i googled tow trucks in shingle springs,and there name came up along with one other that did not interest me. they said it would be 15min till they can get me. i did not have to wait longer than what they had said. and the Brian was a very helpful and friendly. i would call them again if i need anything towed. more

Professional, helpful, and courteous. 2/4/2010

My experience with Extreme Towing was very good. There were 2 different tows: the CHP tow to their yard at night and then a second tow during the day to a different location. I was not involved in the first one but did have to call them after hours to find out where the car was. They called me back in a timely manner to let me know which yard it was in. The woman I spoke to in the office, Brandy, was excellent, and the tow truck driver who helped me with the daytime tow was very nice as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Extreme Towing. Donna and John Williams more

I always call Extreme Towing. 2/2/2010

I have lived here since before Extreme Towing came into business and I always call them. Jesse is the one who usually comes out, and he is very helpful. He hooks up the car and takes it to where I want it to go or, if it is a battery/cable issue, he fixes it and goes on his way. Extreme Towing is also very fair in terms of their prices. They seem to be right in line with everyone else. I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know. more
