The gentleman seemed very nice over the phone, but never showed up desite me telling him my car was parked illegally. He reassured me SEVERAL times that he was on his way and very sorry for inconveniencing me and I actully believed him up until he stopped answering the phone at 3:30am... (He had been on his way since 8pm!) I finally had my car towed around 5am by someone that was actually reliable. I am not only exhausted, but also, extremely annoyed by the the unprofessionalism and inability to understand urgency. I wish I had not wasted my time and went with someone else... more
