My laptop was fixed at a great pase and I had it back on the same day . The pricing and the help was generous as well. Did I mention that they looked at my system for free ? more

Brought my laptop in to these guys after hearing good things from a friend. They did a solid for me and looked at my system for free. Hard drive was bad but they got me a good deal on a new one that was bigger than I had with a 3 year warranty. On top of that they got my stuff off the old one. more

I write this because even though they were semi helpful when I went in...When I found out the product I bought wouldnt work for my computer..I went to take it back. Now I didnt use the product, but I did however got it home to see if it was big enough to work. When I found that it wouldnt work in my computer I did what any normal person would do..Take it back for an exchange or refund. They wouldnt do either one. Threatened to call the cops and everything when I made a tiff about how it says on the reciept 30 day warranty and that nowhere in the store or on the reciept does it say that they dont do refunds or exchanges on their products. So as a person that would have told everyone to go there at first...I say dont..cuz if you need to take it back...they wont let you!! more
