Be VERY Cautious! 6/6/2011

Late last year r I purchased a custom ""rebuilt"" cart from Xtreme. By the time it was to be completed, it would be street legal and ready to go with title. None of that ever occurred. I was told there was a one year warranty however every time I take the cart to be repaired I am told how much more it's going to cost to fix and (of course) nothing is covered under this ""warranty"" - heed the other reviewer's warning - GET IT IN WRITING - HAVE HIM SPELL OUT WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY. Also would be a good idea to have someone knowledgeable check it out before exchanging monies. And make sure your cart is EXACTLY what you have on your purchase order before you leave with it. more

Good but over commits 4/21/2011

Jim is a great guy and seems to sell good refurbished products. He promised us documents to help with tax write off that did not happen, promised service when he is in the area but that has strings to make that happen. I am suspect my 4 year warranty won;t happen either.\r \r Super knowledgeble, and wants to do right, but I guess has problem saying yes to everyone. Yes I would buy from him again, but I wil get his promises in writing! more
