Extraordinarily Clean

I had my two story windows cleaned and it was NOT worth the money with this company. Isaac (the owner) told me his ladder couldn't reach the very top center window, and therefore it was left streaky and dirty. When I tried to come up with a solution he said that was all he could do and ran off to get to another job. I called to complain and request he fix the windows because his advertising states 100% satisfaction. I was NOT satisfied. (This was not the only streaky window, but I figured I couldn't have him redo half the house.) I was also told on the phone he would do a walk through after the job was completed to ensure satisfaction. Once again, he ran off to another job and did not ensure my satisfaction. So he returned one week later on a rainy day to "fix" the dirty window he left. He used a telescoping/extension for his cleaning sponge. It was improved, but now there are drippy streaks dried and obvious on my large two story windows. It looks terrible, and I can't believe I payed the money to have such shabby work done. I am SO disappointed. Also, he took off once again, didn't even ensure once again that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Please DO NOT give this guy your business, your time, or your money! more

This company is horrible. They talked me into using their service because he promised the carpets would be dry in 2-3 hours, and dry to the touch when he left the house. The carpet was soggy when they left and didn't fully dry for 24-36 hours. I called and complained after about 6 hours into the drying process, and was told there was nothing they could do. I was expecting house guests that evening. The carpet looked in worse shape after it dried then before they came, and it was only a year old. I called to complain again, and I was promised a refund from Isaac. Two weeks had passed and after no refund, I contadcted Isaac again. Isaac said the refund was sent but must of been lost in the mail, and he said he would send it out again priority mail. A week later I still I did not recieve the refund, but this time Isaac claimed the owner had been lying to him and waiting for my check to clear so I couldn't place a stop payment on it. He advised the owner had no intention of sending a refund and would be contacting me. Well, another week and a half has gone by and the owner has not contacted me. I decided to do some research and it turns out Isaac is the co-owner and the owner of this company has the same last name as him.... A refund is trivial at this point, my carpet is ruined! more

Our carpets smelled worse when they left! Overcharged us, required cash and did not honor guarantee. Absolutely unreputable! Our carpets were not clean whatsoever. Pros: They were nice the first time we spoke with them. Cons: DISHONEST, MESSY, CARPETS WERE DIRTY AND SMELLED! more

These cleaners showed up looking for a hose to use my water with ... this was an unoccupied condo, so I didn't have water supply coming through. They were overpriced and the carpets smelled for weeks! Pros: They were quick to respond and clean ... ehem ... attempt to clean ... my carpets. Cons: Try using a cleaner instead of musty smelling water. more

We had them respond to a flooded house. They "talked the talk" but did not deliver. They did not monitor the drying-out process, which resulted in warped flooring. They did not show up for appointments. They did not return phone calls. They did not do what their estimate said they would. They required full payment up-front (DON'T EVER DO THIS!). We paid them via bank check witnessed by two other people. Eight months later, they sent TWO collection agencies after us for a bill that was PAID IN FULL. Every entry I've found for this company on the web has a different address/city (Colo Spgs, Peyton, Calhan, etc.), but ALL have the same phone number. BEWARE! Use this company at your own risk / peril! more
