I have moved a lot and used many storage facilities. The managers at Extra Space on West Florida helped me so much with my last move. Their prices were the lowest and they assisted me with several unit mixes which enables me to access my belongings easily. I am very happy with the security and feel my things are safe there. Extra Space West Florida ave Hemet Ca. 1/10/2011

I have rented at a few storage facilities and Extra Space Storage on West Florida Is the best storage that I have rented from. They were the lowest price and the managers make me feel very comfortable that they will protect my belongings. Their security is better than the other storages that I looked at. more

Great service! 2/20/2010

We pulled into town looking for storage. After visiting several places, we came to West Florida Self Storage and found the price much better than the others and the management was very interested in our needs or concerns. All our questions were answered without hesitation or referring to another manager ( found that at the other places too). We signed up and have been very happy ever since. They are always there and if they are outside, they always wave! Great place.! Pros: Best price in town Cons: None more

Don't expect anyone to be there 7/27/2008

Every time I either call or go in, noone is there. I have been a customer for almost 2 months, and have already found another storage place that I will be going to soon. Where is the management every single day? Isn't that what they are called resident managers for? But yet noone is living on the site or in that office 90% of the time, and the ones that are, are different every week and don't have a clue of how to do things correctly or with any type of customer friendly service! Constant turnover 2/26/2008

I really liked the old manager, Staci. The current management is not friendly. This place has constant turnover. I moved out and went to Lockaway Self Storage. Pros: Easy access` Cons: Crummy management more

Incredible Gate Hours, Excellent Greeting, Outstanding Customer Service 9/13/2007

This facility has been under new management numerous times, but the current manager is impossible to NOT like, she was of tremendous help, and picked the unit necessary. And with my move, I will be storing for atleast one full year, and am thankful I found this storage place. more
