So I bought a car not even 90 days ago. so far this car has been back there a couple times to have it fixed, it now has something wrong with car, so I call a different dealership to get if fixed, they ran the VIN number and say I don't have a warranty, exton Nissan never told me this nor was I offered a warranty on the car, I got a warranty that covers the wheel and interior but NOTHING else, Talk about getting snowballed, I call them and they say o well you can buy one now!!!!! is this how Nissan operates? They don't car they just want to make a sale? Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!! Notthing was explained correctly, who buys a warranty for 5 years on rims but not the car itself more

The salesman I met at Exton Nissan impressed me immediately. He treated me with respect and as a person, instead of just another sale like most salesman I've dealt with. He didn't waste time with unnecessary information and told me everything I needed to know. I felt like he really cared about me driving away truly happy about my overall experience. Excellent experience! They patiently listened to what we wanted and respected that we couldn't buy on our first visit. Good followup, and we returned and decided to buy the car. We're very happy with it so far and the buying process was excellent. more

Ken spent time with us and gave us a chance to build a relationship, but at first we did not buy. Upon returning Ken guided us through the process and we thank him for being so helpful. Jennifer helped us with the financial issues and thanks to her as well. We highly recommend Exton Nissan!! more

The process of buying my new Versa with Brianna was painless. There was no need to haggle because she made sure to get me the best deal in my price range. There was no pressure whatsoever. Anyone who goes to Exton Nissan should ask for Brianna. She was great to work with and it's clear she had my best interest in mind when selling me the car. more

Great dealer 2/14/2012

I just got a new Z and they were very helpful in the transaction. The legal stuff all went by pretty quick with all the paperwork. They were very informative about the car and its features while I accepted delivery. I wont need a car for a while but if I know someone who does I will send them your way. more

This is a very low pressure dealer. I must have come to the lot half a dozen times just looking and they never made me feel uncomfortable like I had to buy right then. I bring my Armada here for anything I need because I like the service department here. They have been great to deal with and a re always friendly. The resolve any of my concerns immediately and take care of things they notice that are covered as well. really comprehensive and great service. more
