Extended Stay America - Nashville - Franklin - Cool Springs

Had a less than satisfactory experience with this hotel! Had an out of town employee stay there for nearly 3 weeks and room was never cleaned until the last day of his stay! Made several calls to the office and was promised this issue would be resolved and PROMISED 2 FREE NIGHTS for the problem and of course that was a LIE as well. Hotel MGR Caitlin White informed my employee that there was nothing she could do about a Promise that was made. I guess this is normal for a Business to make promises and not stand behind their word and constantly have excuses for why the room was never cleaned! Very disappointed in how this whole experience was handled. One would think that after spending over $1000 in this hotel that someone wouldnt make this right! more

I didn't know what to expect for the low price I paid for the room, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to see a queen sized bed, a sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. The room was clean and very well furnished. Checking in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly. The felt very safe at the location. The location is near most of Cool Springs best shopping and dining. It was a great hotel...and an even greater deal! more
