Extend A Stay Suites

Looking for cheap room for 1 night so I checked in here cuz rate was affordable. Parking lot & courtyard had lots of kids running around and there were several people walking around or standin out, when I checked in they handed me towels to take to my room...nost hotels have towels already in the room, I was concerned about rather or not my car would be safe on this lot, walked in room and it smelled like mold & mildew...stinch was very strong. Ceilings are hideous. One of the beds had unclean sheets, the bedding (actual mattress) is old and outdated. There was 1 flat pillow on each bed even though there was 3 of us that needed to sleep here. The lighting is very dim, one of the lamps had a blown bulb. Bathroom was semi-clean meaning the toilet was clean but there was hair and dust on floors, bathroom had chipped paint in the tub area. This hotel is a dump even though I noticed that some people actually live here permanently. more

Stayed for 3 nights while in Florissant area to attend a funeral. Was very disappointed that for a Extend-A-Stay Hotel, it failed to provide a mini-fridge or micro-wave. It did have a coffeemaker, but you had to make 1 cup at a time. (We had a yr old baby, so it would of been nice to have a place to keep milk, and a micro-wave to heat some baby food.) For 3 people in our room; we had to take turns with the coffeemaker. It only did 1 cup servings. A 4 cup coffeemaker would of been wonderful. The hotel is older, but the rooms and the beds were clean. Pros: Clean Cons: No mini fridge or micro-wave more
