Sweaty yoga makes you feel great. All of the instructors (with the exception of one who talks too much and doesn't keep the room hot enough) are fabulous. They help "newbies" through the moves and encourage the more advanced to test their limits. It's hot, it's sweaty, it's fun and you feel good. If you've got a sore back and need to stretch-do it the Bikram way-you won't be sorry.
