I went there because I fell in love with a red wedding dress (Da Vinci 8220), and I made the two-hour drive there knowing what I wanted. I ordered the dress in a size 14. They told me that a size 16 was several inches too big for me and that a 14 was just about a half an inch too small, but a 14 would probably be fine and would be much, much cheaper to alter than to take in a 16. So, I believed them. Almost 7 months later, the dress comes in. I go to try it on, and I had even LOST about 10 lbs., and the dress was drastically too small. They told me that there was no way they could send the dress back, but that their seamstress would take out the zipper and make everything okay. Red fabric and all. They told me to come back in October and have the bustle put in and the laces put in.
