Express Way Car Wash

Usually When a family member or friend recommends a place, I go for it. My aunt recommended this place and she and her husband has never had a problem. Me, on the other hand, I have had problems here. I was not treated well by the manager. I think that cusomer service is just as good as the actual service. Here, customer service stinks. If I am not treated right, I will not spend my money at that business. Also, I think that the services are too high, especially for an automatic wash. There are plenty hand car washes that charge much less. I'll go elsewhere. more

Whenever I was in the area (usually during the day when it was not crowded), I would stop here because I had coupons and they always seemed to do a good job. One day, I stopped here on a busy saturday, and wished I hadn't. I guess because it was so busy, they pushed the cars through the washer very rapidly. The Washer malfunctioned, and my car was sandwiched between 2 vehicles. I watched my car being constantly bumped. The son of the owner was extemely mean to me. He had no sympathy at all. He treated me like dirt, to say the least. Later, when I talked to the owner, he was much nicer and offered to fix the front of my car. I was so upset, that I never went back to get it fixed or to ever again use their services. His son made me so upset, that I just gave the situation over to God because what goes around comes around. God WILL repay! I didn't have time for the stess. more
