I absolutely LOVE this place! (more importantly my cocker spaniel Brownie LOVES this place!) Sarah is really the best! You can tell she loves her job and really cares about the animals. Before I found express pet spa I had taken him to other places like Petsmart, Petco, and Pawsh and he HATED going there and they always did a terrible job! Brownie always looks (and smells) so good when I pick him up from express pet spa! We moved out of Seabrook and its a little out of the way now, but totally worth it! I wouldnt take my baby anywhere else and I definately recomend them! more

I would never trust my pets with anyone else! Everyone is very caring, attentive and professional, and the staff really takes their time getting to know you and your pet....and my dogs love coming there too! I recommend them to everyone I know! more

You know and I know John C the only reason that you wrote a bad review is because your wife, Rose is a disgruntled Independent contractor. The things you speak of are the very reason that she is no longer at express pet spa. We only hire independent contractors that have the highest standards of pet care. And yes we all have a margarita at the end of the day from Anita's Mexican restaurant. It's one of the many reasons it's great to be part of The Express Pet Spa family!! more

Sarah is the only groomer worth seeing here. The dogs aren't walked regularly, unless they are the owner's. Boarding isn't taken care of. Employees yell at the animals when customers aren't present, especially Kayla. If you bring you're own pet food, good luck that your animals actually receive it. If it's expensive it's going home for the owner's or another employee's pet. They change the animal food brands often. Boarding isn't to health code specifications. The walking area isn't scooped regularly so your pets will come into contact with feces from other animals. Worst of all, the owner (Stacie) drinks on the job!!! more

The BEST Bay Area Groomers!! 9/2/2010

My two dogs love this place and it is obvious that Sara, the groomer, loves her job. This is the only grooming salon I've ever taken them to where they don't shake and tremble when I leave, and that tells me a lot about the place. It is very clean inside and they are VERY accomodating and flexible about drop-off and pick-up times. Rates are reasonable, too. We'll never go anywhere else!! more
