We moved from Cal to Miami and the entire process was a nightmare. They quoted one cost over email and then after they packed all our items up they charged an extra $400 for supplies and $800 for 100 square feet more then what they said we had in their interview process. \r

Once we called the movers to tell them we were ready for our stuff they showed up on Thursday when we told tem we would not be in our place until Monday. They didn?t wait around and said that they were going to leave our stuff in Georgia. \r

We tried contacting the California office over and over and no one would return the calls. Finally I became angry on a voicemail and they called back, claiming we had never left messages and called us liars..\r

After two weeks in our place without our stuff they called and told us that we would have our belongings on Wed or Thurs. Like others, they never showed up. I again left several messages. Finally someone called from NY telling me that they did not have a truck going to Florida. I then called Cal and left several more messages. Needless to say no return calls from them. \r

After being in our place for almost a month, a driver called to inform me that they would be here in and hour or so. I met the truck downstairs and when they opened the side door our boxes started falling out. That was the only start of a daylong nightmare. We were missing our plasma TV, expensive paintings, the legs to our sofa, and key parts to our baby?s crib among other items totaling over $8,000. As before we called six times and no one has called us back. We are giving them till Friday before we file a police report and call the lawyers.
