I have used Brad Shoemaker at Express Funding Mortgage Co. for my last 3 refinances. He offered better pricing than my credit union and the big banks. He was available to talk in the evening when I was off work and answered all my questions. The loan process was smooth and easy, and all fees matched what was estimated. more
