5 stars overall 3/16/2013

Very smooth process from start to finish, ending with a very clean carpet. I had previously tried to remove a grease spot with many different cleaners, but it kept coming back. After several months, it has yet to reappear. The crew were courteous, efficient and professional. more

Would recommend their services for carpets and upholstery 2/20/2013

I have used Express Dry Carpet Cleaning on two occasions now. I had used them to clean my carpets, and had a very positive review. On the referral sheet they gave me a $10 credit for my next use of their services. The second time, I had them clean my upholstery while I was very sick. The same two men came out and did an excellent job. They were very conscientious of the fact I was sick and they were attentive to my upholstery, but I wish they would have reminded me to use the credit they had given me from my first use of their services. Otherwise, good work. more

Exceptional! 2/20/2013

This is the second time I have had Express out to clean. The first time was a test and I was so impressed. Over 6 months have past and the carpet still looks amazing. So, today, the team showed up on time and didn't try to push services. I am thoroughly impressed. Thanks for a job well done! I know who to go to for my carpet cleaning needs. more

Very satisfied 2/14/2013

This is my third time using Shooki and Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. He is fastidious. I had a few difficult things this time and he took care of all of them. He's conscientious, reliable, and good at what he does. They also stick to their estimate of the price. I've worked with other companies before them and they all give me one estimate on the phone. When they show up, all of a sudden the price gets more expensive. That's not the case with Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. They stick to their word and don't charge more. more

Very Good 2/14/2013

Great prices and REALLY quick service. They came out and finished the main rooms, stairs and hallways of a three story townhouse in less than an hour. They did a really good job. All for under $99.95 dollars!! I would suggest them to anyone who needs clean carpets fast. more

The crew cleaned 3 areas of carpet, a bedroom, a hall way, and a set of stairs. Member Comments: Our carpet was installed about 9 years ago when we moved into our house, and we never got it professionally cleaned. We wanted to get the carpet cleaned before My father in-law moves in. The carpet has 2 spots from our dog's urine, and 1 spot from Coke spilling. The crew arrived on-time as they said they would. One of the crew explained what he was going to perform, and the other crew member got all of the equipments ready. They were fast and got done in an hour, and was done professionally. more
