I received the rudest voice mail from Whilshire Consumer Credit which was setup by ""Express Cash Network"" for a car title loan, after being two days late on my payment. I called the company to make a payment over the phone. A drunk guy answers the phone with a loud Mexican music in the background. First thing he said is whats your account number. No greeting, no hello, no introduction, all he said with a drunk slur ""whats your account number"". This is the most unprofessional company I've dealt with. It seems they just went to the street and picked up some rude, drunk, scum bags to answer their phones. But what would you expect from a loan shark. 85% interest on a car loan. Thanks Express Cash Network for setting people up to use this company. You are destroying people lifes when they are at their lowest point and in need of help.
