I got my oil changed at Express Care on Saturday. On Monday when I got to work I noticed my car COVERED in oil and the oil in my car was flowing out underneath. I paid for a tow to the nearest car care place & got another oil change (Synthetic). This compay is taking no responsibility. They have told me they have watched their video and did not see my oil leaking and don't routinely change out plugs when they do an oil change. I am out now almost $300. Bad bad business. more

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!! I have lived in league city for my entire 38 years and have never encountered someone who so little concern about what was damaged. I had doubt that anything would be resolved but wanted to give opportunity for some kind of attempt. I was SEVERLY dissapointed. The ""migrant worker"" said when he turned my radio off that the antenna didnt go down down so he had to FORCE it down!!! (but i had already turned my radio off- first lie) On my truck there are buttons on the dash that say ""up / down"" for the antenna to make it go up or down and yet he FORCED my antenna down and RUINED IT!!! Now i have no radio signal in my truck and my antenna is stuck half up and will not go either way. The white haired ""gentleman"" after talking to the worker didnt care anymore about my vehicle or the fact that the worker damaged it. He bacame very sarchastic and rude and didnt care. He even insinuated that i didnt know the workings of my vehicle that i do ALL of my own work on and had actually just paid $160 for a new antenna a year ago becaue i bought it with a broken antenna. Not to mention i Highly recomend a walk around before you tip and drive away, i paid for the works and the passenger side of my truck was hardly tended to. I understand accidents happen but what makes the difference is how we treat each other to atempt to make the situation right. more

But, I brought my mini-van in along with my three children and it was not a welcoming experience. After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting for my car to be cleaned, I saw my car sitting empty. I asked the staff if more workers could clean my van so I could leave. I was told no and that I would have to wait even longer. Then, I was approached by a very rude, and mouthy lady---the manager!! I asked the manager to refund me my money since it was taking too long and they would not. Finally, after being yelled at by this lady, and forgotten about as a customer, I got my van back. The mean lady said my car was SO dirty that she should have charged me double!! If you want to be yelled out and disrespected in front of your children PLEASE go here. But, beware they do not like to clean VERY dirty cars even if their sign says so!!!\r more

I went in for a front end alignment, and the shop said that I had to replace the outer tie rod and the steering gear assembly on my car in order for them to do the alignment.\r \r Thing is, there's absolutely NOTHING WRONG with my steering and the outer tie rod was replaced less than two months ago! I had personally replaced some parts THAT DAY and there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever.\r \r I took the car to another shop and they did the alignment just fine, and looked over everything and said Express Care's estimate was bogus\r AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
