Great Job 8/30/2011

Recently I showed up 25 minutes before closing with my Jeep with a cracked head. The people at Express Auto accepted my vehicle, gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. Later in the week they identified that I had a cracked head (on the vehicle, not on me!) and told me of the cost. I told them I could afford that but not that day... So they fixed my jeep, and then waited until I could pay for it (2 days later). Express Auto is NOT the cheapest place around, but they are the place I count on to do the work right, for a reasonable cost and great service! I always go there for everything I can't do myself! more

as always the servce and friendliness were exceptionally good. I was not as pleased with the auto spa. They were friendly, but my car wasn't very clean. I had the $49.99 special and the back window was never touched. The bug debris from a recent trip was still on the front window. more

Simply one of the most professional, courteous and prompt facilities in the entire region. Stan, the service writer, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a rarity in this day and age. Will continue to both use and recommend this shop. The admin staff always polite and responsive. more

Tire help and Oil Change 7/7/2011

I needed a flat tire fixed or replaced. Roger was very helpful and when he couldn't match a competitors price, explained why. I brought it in the same day for an oil change and was in and out within a hour....they even checked my brakes when I asked and gave me an appointment. Always friendly and helpful! more
