This place is the WORST! I took my car there because it died. I had AAA tow it there and I left my key in the drop off box. I left a detailed message about my problem, including the fact that I had blown a fuse and exactly what had happened in the past. I called again about 8:15 after they opened. I again gave specific details that would limit the location of the problem. I also asked for a stat inspection and explained that my 94 Old Cutlass convertible with about 42 k miles in it that is in like new condition and all original has a sticker just below the inspection sticker that states that it is a special windshield designed for vehicles with heads up display and asked to be very careful that it doesn't get scraped off and that they be careful to not place the new inspection sticker on top of that sticker. It's an important part of the value of the car. They call me back after having looked at the car and tell me that the car started right up and after 2 hrs of diagnostics that they could not find anything wrong with it except that it was 2 quarts low on oil. I told him that I only used full synthetic oil so please put full synthetic oil in. When I pick the car up the inspection stick is on top of the sticker I asked them to avoid. The mechanic (owner) was never told about my fuse having blown. Nor was he told any of the other information that I gave concerning my problem. If he had known the information that I gave he would have been limited to about 2 feet of wiring and the ignition switch, which is what my guess was and what I had told the service writer. I later found out that even though I was charged for synthetic oil I was give regular oil. All they had was excuses as to why all this happened to me, never volunteered to pay for the oil change that I just had done 1k miles ago which I will have to change again since it is now contaminated with regular oil.
