Always helpful, fair and honest 3/18/2015

Experiencing bad shake in front wheels. Thought it was damaged from hitting potholes. They checked the mechanical parts, found them to be good and recommended new tires. I took it to have new set installed and it drives like new. Thanks for all you do, and the way you do it. more

Saved me $200+ on a repair. 11/29/2014

Fluttering interior lights on 2001 Infiniti Q45, thought a new alternator would be required. But John Ritzman, shop owner, found a corroded wire someone had created by piercing insulation with a test probe. Just a minor wire repair and no new alternator! Few shops are that honest!!! Dealer would recommend a new engine. more
